Message Frequency and period are related. Freqency is cycles per second, or more generaly, events per time. Phase is the difference in position of one signal or object relative to another. Example. Hook up one speaker with red to + and black to -. Then wire another speaker from the same source red to - and black to +. These speakers are 180° out of phase from each other.

In my post, I just meant that he can't spell phase, and his incoherent babbling made no sense what so ever. That alone totally discredits the technical value of the post.
